Gregg Peppin

Account Director

Gregg Peppin is a highly-respected Republican activist and strategist with over 25 years campaign experience.

As Director of the Minnesota House Republican Campaign Committee, Gregg was the architect of the GOP takeover of the Minnesota House of Representatives in 1998. From 1992 to 2002, he led the Republican Caucus to a 32-seat gain by recruiting and training hundreds of candidates, instructing candidates at dozens of campaign schools, and executing countless candidate and independent expenditure media campaigns.

Gregg worked for 18 years at the Minnesota Capitol in several capacities, including as the Executive Assistant to the Speaker of the House and Majority Leader.

The St. Paul Legal Ledger has honored Gregg with its “Top Legislative Staff” award, describing him as “a tireless worker – always the professional” who “put Republicans in the majority.”

Gregg has dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Political Science and History from the University of Minnesota and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Hamline University. He is a member of the I-94 West Chamber of Commerce and the Rogers Lions Club. Gregg is a frequent guest political analyst on Almanac, a Twin Cities Public Television show highlighting political, legislative and public affairs.

Gregg and his wife, State Representative Joyce Peppin, live in Rogers, Minn., with their two children.

Dax Bennett

Design Director

When it comes to making Republicans look good, few people do it as well as Dax Bennett.

As the Minnesota House Republican Campaign Committee’s lead designer for the 2002, 2004 and 2006 election cycles, Dax created direct mail, websites and logos for over 60 Republican State Representative candidates running in highly-competitive, targeted races. With Dax’s creative assistance, many of these candidates are now incumbent legislators.

Dax’s initial foray into politics was in 2001 as an analyst for Republican redistricting efforts at the Minnesota Capitol in St. Paul. In between his political stints, Dax operated a successful graphic design and geographic information systems consulting business.

Dax has a Bachelor’s Degree from Gustavus Adolphus College and a Master’s Degree from the University of Minnesota. He is a golfer, an outdoorsman and a proud computer geek.

Dax lives in Minneapolis.
